  1. Personal and Professional Impact: The course directly resonated with my life, nurturing my feminist knowledge, confidence, and helped me continue to question power structures in both personal and professional realms. 

  1. Recognising the Feminist Self: I discovered the feminist leader within myself, acknowledging the importance of self-care and the significance of challenging power structures. 

  1. Navigating Challenges: The training helped reframe my approach to activism, addressing challenges like imposter syndrome, resource management, patriarchal hostility, and conflict resolution in my work. 

  1. Embracing Vulnerability: Break-out sessions encouraged honest sharing of struggles, fostering an environment where vulnerabilities were acknowledged, and collective support was provided. 

  1. Extended Learning: With so much rich content, I felt that extending the course hours could have allowed for a deeper exploration of the abundant resources and insights offered by WRC. 

  1. Growth and Reflection: The course prompted profound personal and professional growth, encouraging me to reflect on feminist principles and continue to make space in my personal/professional life.
