A New Network for Black Women Leaders Leadership Programme

In late 2026, we’re exploring the launch of a new paid NBWL Leadership Programme for Black women seeking deeper, structured support in their leadership journey.

Designed to run independently of our fully funded coaching programme, the paid option would offer 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and an Emotional Intelligence & Drivers Assessment to shape personal & professional development.

We want to understand levels of interest.
