Join our special guest, Carmen Morris from Kenroi Consulting, as she guides members of the Network for Black Women Leaders through a crucial discussion on handling workplace discrimination. This session will offer Black women practical tools and strategies for addressing discrimination, including how to identify, document, and respond to discriminatory behaviour or practices in the workplace. Ruth will also provide insights into building resilience and navigating difficult situations with confidence, focusing on solutions tailored to the unique challenges Black women face in professional environments.

Discussion/Q&A:

After a 45-minute presentation, we’ll open the floor to our members and guests for a 15-minute interactive discussion and Q&A session. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences in a safe, supportive environment.
